Da gabs nicht viele Teile, welche zugekauft werden mussten. Daf\u00fcr umso mehr Teile und Fl\u00e4chen zu putzen. Auf der Einkaufsliste standen lediglich Spachtel, Schaber, Drahtb\u00fcrsten, Pinsel und eine schlaue Grundierung mit ihrem Decklack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped Spritzen bringt hier nichts. Die rauhe Oberfl\u00e4che der Verzinkung kann ohnehin nicht \u00fcberdeckt werden. Wie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deuxchevaux.ch\/wordpress\/?p=15595\">fr\u00fcher<\/a> schon beschrieben, wurden gleichzeitig die Federt\u00f6pfe und Antriebskomponenten ausgebaut, revidiert und wieder Ich hatte es in der N\u00e4he von Chalon s. S. gekauft. Auf den ersten Blick sah es gut aus. Wie sich jedoch zeigte, bedurfte es noch vieler Schweissstunden, bis es dem Meharichassis angepasst war. Nun galt es auszuw\u00e4hlen, welche dieser Teile sp\u00e4ter verwendet werden sollen. Es sind nicht allzu viele. Ich hatte ihn bei der <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citroentuning.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Firma STP<\/a> in 58675 Hemer, Deutschland bestellt. Die Firma ist ein Einmannbetrieb. Helmut Klein ist heute deren Inhaber. Als ehemaliger Mitarbeiter hat er die Firma der Witwe des in der Szene bestens bekannten (und umstrittenen) Herrn Maurice abgekauft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deuxchevaux.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Leo_2_Teilejagd_20210609_181701.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Motor sieht gut aus, die Liste der verbauten Komponenten ist eindrucksvoll. Die Produktionsst\u00e4tte ist ordentlich und gut sortiert, Helmut beeindruckt mich Laien mit seinem profunden Fachwissen \u00fcber Metallbearbeitung etc. Hoffentlich jedoch, so denke ich bei mir, ist er als Motorenbauer besser als mit der vorhergegangenen Kommunikation. Da sind seine F\u00e4higkeiten leider massiv <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.2cvforum.de\/enten-werkstaetten-amp-haendler-f136\/firma-stp-noch-aktiv-t14069.html\" Ich habe mir in den Kopf gesetzt, die Bodenfreiheit von Leo 2 per Knopfdruck einstellen zu k\u00f6nnen. So \u00e0 la Highjacker, dachte ich mir. Das ist aber beim 2CV wegen seiner spezifischen Federung nicht ganz so trivial. Nach langem Studium hatte ich mich f\u00fcr eine elektrische L\u00f6sung entschieden. Diese funktionierte anf\u00e4nglich recht gut, aber eben leider nur anf\u00e4nglich. Das folgende Video zeigt das Problem. Gut Ding will offenbar Weile haben. Momentan tendiere ich eher zu einer hydraulischen L\u00f6sung. Diese ist aber, mit all den notwendigen Aggregaten und Ventilen, sauteuer. Und ich staunte nicht schlecht dabei. Man glaubt es kaum, aus wieviel kleinen und grossen Teilen ein 2CV zusammengebaut wurde. Das merkt man erst, wenn man so wie ich, praktisch bei Null beginnt. Die Fachleute des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deuxchevaux.ch\/wordpress\/?p=14866\">Carosserie A6 Center<\/a> in Muri k\u00fcmmerten sich hingebungsvoll um mein franz\u00f6sisches Blech. Und meine Spezialw\u00fcnsche. Die sind zugegebenermassen ein wenig ausgeufert. Aber die fachliche Expertise des Carosseriespenglers Michu weckten immer neue Begehrlichkeiten bei mir. Er &#8222;f\u00fchlt&#8220; den Kunden und setzt dessen W\u00fcnsche kreativ und gekonnt um.
